Welcome to Walthall Creek

The Walthall Creek Homeowners Association has developed this site to encourage communication among neighbors and to inform residents of what is happening in their neighborhood. This is the official site for Walthall Creek as of June 1, 2008. It will serve as a means to bring all neighbors together.

The association sponsors community events and maintains common areas such as parks and the two Walthall Creek entryways. They also represent Walthall Creek in dealing with governmental agencies by giving input regarding new developments, open space and roadways around Walthall Creek. The HOA keeps residents informed on issues that impact our community via the bi-monthly newsletter.

The Architectural Review Committee considers and approves new building and exterior remodeling (such as painting, decks, fences, replacement roofs and Disk Antennas) of homes in Walthall Creek to ensure compliance with Walthall Creek Covenants. The intention of the Covenants is to protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our homes.
